[Durham] Backing up and resorting a Windows7 install using Linux boot media

Thanks all. I've had a play with Clonezilla booted from a memory stick, but
it failed on sdb2 because of size mismatch. I was in a bit of a rush so
didn't pay too much attention to the errors. The original disk is 320GB -
target is 250GB.
