[Durham] Help required to confirm a problem.

I'm not really sure what to look for here. In Debian running LO 4.2.5.2 on
a netbook I get a single slab of text when I open the document. I assumed
the information about columns, fonts and page size would be stored as part
of the document. Here's what I see:
