[Falkirk] Meeting with BCS Young Pros Group Scotland

Seems like the meeting with th British Computer Society's YPG-S is back
on.  They even have a speaker lined up, someone from SuSE.  Hopefully
it'll be the third Thursday of November, else maybe the second.

Their suggested venue is somewhere in Glasgow, so suggestions please for a
more central venue before that gets fixed.  Somewhere with a possibility
of computers and drink and being able to hear the guy talk.
