Read the list archives, Steve.  If you want advice, look back carefully 
at some of the posts to Maurice Onmaplatte (a.k.a "the other" Steve) :)

What firewall advice do you want?  How much detail do you want?  How 
many machines do you want modified with extra Ethernet cards or whatever?
