so your the one i need to see then i have just tried
the mandrake 9.2 on LxF47 just put it in the cd rom
chose to up grade 9.1 then ok well that was the
biggest mistake of my live crash the cd rom fell over
then had to reset the pc booted back up in to 9.1 all
seem ok a part from the cd rom tried to look in mnt
crash again managed to log off just
then as it shutting down every thing failed to unmount
rebooted in to windows 2000pro which took for ever its
then started reinstalling the drivers for my cd rom,
cd rw, bt 100, and network card then re booted again
took for ever still the cd roms not working and as i'm
typing this i have just had a pop up saying unsafe
removal of device hl-dt-st-cdrw so will i loss cd-rw
as well so i am not very happy i recon if i go and
clime up the tor and throw these CD there reach your
office with the wind we got to night :0(

WINDOZE 2000 PRO
Thailand 170f
BROADBAND

so as you can see i have had a little bit of trouble
with it, i have not had time to have a look at what it
has done to mandrake 9.1 or windoze 2000 yet but after
hunting around a bit on some message boards there
seems to be a problems when installing using a LG or
sony cd-rom or cd-rw so be careful if you have any of
these cds and use 9.2, windows is really playing up so
i'm off now to have a look at what else this 9.2 has
done

bye for now

Keith
