Hold down shift and click+drag on the bar ruler to loop.  YMMV with 
Rosegarden's audio as we're still working it into it's "final" state for 1.0.  
We're aiming to have the next point release completed by the Sounds Expo on 
Feb 10th and the audio for that should be significantly better.
