[Glastonbury] Cygwin link

During the pre-talk chat last night, I mentioned the Cygwin library
that allows you to run most Linux utilities, from ls to mysql, under
Windows. I know this is a Linux list, but Cygwin can be a handy way to
keep your Linux skills and experience alive even if you have to use
Windows for any reason.
