[Glastonbury] Query re KMail please

Could someone please tell me how to make interactive the web address and email 
addresses I quote in emails - I've completely forgotten how to set it if I 
ever did know, and so far haven't found the option. I am using Kontact 
Version 8 in Linux Mandrake 10.0 Official.
