yes, yes, YES.

I really love the idea of an RSS link to the website from the mailman 
archives.

No, I don't know; but even if they have, it would presumably point to 
their own website, which we don't use.

So it really is a question of running our own mailman if we wan to do 
this.

(I like the idea -- lots.)
