Could I suggest the Ring O'Bells pub in Ashcott as an alternative venue. 
They have free wifi, good beer, no music and a skittle alley if we 
choose the right evening. See www.ringobells.com

There is also another Ubuntu user in the village who has access to a 
projector.

I know it is a bit out of Glastonbury but MJ drives through here on his 
way to meetings in Glastonbury and we may attract back some of those 
from further south who used to come to the meetings in Somerton.
