Can anyone help?
I use both Mepis and Debian, but both suffer from the same problem when faced
with a video from YouTube - which used to run fine, but now either has audio
only, or the audio comes as a rapid stutter, or the audio is there with
pauses, and video a series of stills at 3 - 8 second intervals.
I did think that it was due to the wrong version of Flash, and tried
to 'apt-get install', being told that I had the latest version installed!
Sticking with Mepis, this is
"flashplugin-nonfree (V) 9.0.48.0.0 ubuntu"
I downloaded "adobe-flashplugin 10.0.32.18-1 rpm" from Adobe and installed -
but it wouldn't. Synaptic Package Manager told me that it was broken, and
had to be removed.
Thanks Alan
