[Gllug] KDE-->Gnome

I've pulled down Ximian Gnome, as I figured I'd see how it compares to my
usual setup in KDE.

I'm having trouble with matching hotkeys that I have by default in KDE,
for example:

Alt-F1 = pull up the KDE main menu
Alt-F2 = execute a command line

And... how to get the task bar to show all apps regardless of which
workspace they sit on.

I've tried trawling through the docs and I'm not getting very far :-(

Any Gnome fanatic care to point me in the right direction?
