[Gllug] enlightenment

The documentation for enlightenment states that it creates the gnome and 
kde menus if it detects that they are installed when you install 
enlightenment.

I did not get any kde menus installed with enlightenment :-(

To do so manually it looks like I have to create about 40 files and 
directories.  Does anyone know of a faster way round this?
