[Gllug] Which ISP is offering 64k cable?

I've got NTL cable with a 64k dig modem but to be honest it's not much
better than a 56k modem so go for BT/56k/whatever their surf whenever
you like package is.

Potentially though the cable modem can go up to higher speed but until I
get really into Gnutella there's not much point.
