Thats Ok rent if you do not have a mortgage elsewhere, as this amount gets 
you  a 250K residence that is an asset in times of no work as tourism is 
always there. 

Putting the flights in perspective it is cheaper to fly abroad and work than 
commute with our transport system at present.
