Hi all

	I have spoke to the guy and mentioned that some people may be
interested in buying it and he has said and I quote 

	"Its sentimental and has not thought about the money before"

	Oh this does not read like a cliché, I might add that he is in his
late 50's and probably thinks it will be worth 100000000 pounds in 30 years
time which will be very handy considering he will be nearly 90.
