[Gllug] DNS problem

here's a question, while we're on DNS lookup.

How do you find out the refresh rate/settings for a DNS record, if you don't
have your own DNS server setup?

I assume you can extract the information from any DNS server, but using what
tool? and how?

thanks,
m.
