I know what you mean ...
I use PSP a lot and it is fairly flexible however I was at my most "avid"
at v 4.x ... since then (though I undoubtedly can do some things better) I
have found it an increasingly frustrating package to use and do so
sometimes more because I have nothing else to use in its stead.
