[Gllug] avi 2 vcd

Hello,

After trawling the Windows world for an avi to vcd conversion tool, i'm curious what
people recommend that works well (aka handles compressed audio, fast algorithms, does'nt
fall over, no loss of data, handles PAL and NTSC, easy to use etc) to vcd (MPEG 1).

Is there a gimp for video conversion?

Any tips?
