You should pick a small random subnet of the RFC 1918 reserved ranges,
in order to maximise the chance of being able to interoperate with
another RFC 1918 network without renumbering.

You are not; there's no such network. Perhaps you are using
10.19.10.0/24? That's not an altogether bad choice.
