Well my normal box at work is a Slowarise box which I have five Virtual
Desktops called "Ratbert" "Dogbert" "Dilbert" "Catbert" and "PHB" I
have a term which soley runs make followed by the execution line on one
desktop, one is full of terms for editing the .c files from my project,
one for the header files, one for the browser and mail and the final
desktop for Documentation terminals.
At home I have one desktop which is home to lots of netscape and
konsoles with the odd GIMP windows thrown in. I intend when I rebuild
my box to put Black box on as the WM and run a few virtual desktops. I
will also be getting a second graphics card and running dual head.
Also I think the reason we all have so many windows open is that we are
all busy do lots of things time share!
Note the link I posted was to dual head screen shots
Thanks
