[Gllug] E-mail support/hosting work

An ex-colleague who now works at a small publishing firm (just a dozen 
permanent staff) will be contacting me at some point this week for for 
some advice on their very unsatisfactory e-mail situation.  They want 
something better and will be wanting someone to either set-up and 
maintain an onsite solution (a box in the corner that they can just 
rely on to work) or host their e-mail (and provide the whole internet 
connection thing.  I know quite a few people on the list use or 
provide that kind of solution - your testimonials or tenders are 
invited.
