xls2csv is included with catdoc

Just download from http://www.ice.ru/~vitus/catdoc/ver-0.9.html
then zcat catdoc-0.91.4.tar | tar xvf -
cd catdoc-0.91.4	
./configure
make
xls2csv is then in the src directory
Then make install
