Well as we are all telling each other whats on desktops, ;-)

i run a multihead system, 2048x768 - xinerama, i run enlightenment dr16.5,
on average i run it with 2 desktops, (the second is so i can run vncviewer
full screen on one monitor) all i have open is licq, the icon box and a
few epplets (about 4 or so) [mainly to fill up deskspace between icq and
the iconbox]

i generally use xterms, i do find if i am running high on the loadaverage
it makes a little posative difference if i fork rxvts instead, not as
pretty but les ram used :-)

on the debate of the number of terms open, i generally can do all my tasks
with only about 5 or at most 6. perl sources, BitchX sometimes, telnet
sessions to my mail machine, sometimes i may have xmms running but thats
dropped down into the iconbox,

generally my computer is kinda slow, when i want to watch my
collection of simpsons real meadia i tend to have to close anything that
wants to display to the screen at the same time :-)
