[Gllug] ISPs

I have 2 accounts,  One with claranet (not free but about £6 per month for 
many free hours) with whom I have very good connections and speeds and one 
with UK Linux which also seems reliable.  I have not compared them for speed.
I have had the clara account for years, and I would recommend them.  Although 
not a specific pro Linux ISP they have never been hostile.
