Probably. Did Mandrake ever come out with a Version 1? Notice how Debian that
doesn't sell boxed sets, is on a fairly low version number. Also compare with
the BSDs - OpenBSD just released 3.0, NetBSD is on 1.5.3-ish, and FreeBSD
has, IIRC, 4.x-STABLE and 5.x-CURRENT. Of course it doesn't mean that NetBSD
is anywhere behind FreeBSD ;-)
