[Gllug] Blair gets into bed with Gates

I have just heard that Bill G is coming over to make an agreement with Tony B to roll out XP
to the entire UK Govt on 6 December.

Random thoughts:

*	Is this legal ? Don't EU rules insist that contracts over a certain size go out to tender ?

*	What is Blair doing getting involved in this ? He knows bugger all about computers, but has shown
	himself quite willing to take the M$ shilling.

*	It will slope the market towards M$.

*	It is ... well, you know all the rest.

What can we do about it ?
