If the pins are in three rows, it won't plug into a soundcard (which
uses a two row DB15 for midi or joysticks). It sounds more like a VGA
connector. The only other use I've seen for those connectors was on
a BT Assured Restore leased line, where they were used on one of the
protocol converter boxes.
