[Gllug] OT: Non Uk nationals & Driving License

 Hello,

 apologies for sending this to the list...

 I have looked at the DVLA Web Site, and it is quite incomplete,
 the post office has no leaflets...

 Has anybody in this list changed a EU driving license
 for a UK one? If you have can you explain me how to go about it.

 Please, replies off list.

 P.D.: It is incredible how many London dwellers don't recognise
       Scottish pounds.
