[Gllug] OT: Non Uk nationals & Driving License

I think there is a form you need to send your license in with, call DVLA
in Swansea and they will send out the form.  It is fairly painless and
quite quick, I did it a couple of years ago with my NZ one so a bit
sketchy on how I did it at the time.
