[Gllug] Microsoft don't acknowledge Linux trademark.

If you look at Scott Culp's twitty article:

in paragraph 3 he acknowledges the Windows and Solaris trademarks, but not
the Linux trademark.  AFAIK that makes it a trademark infringement - as
others get acknowledges and Linux pointedly does not.  It implies that
Linux is not a trademark but a generic term - and if you start allowing
that you can loose your trademark I think.
