Check out the SI links I provided, also check out the archives on
consume-legal as there have just been a few posts mentioning the talks
with the DTi and RcA.  I think what consume is doing is covered in the
exemption, and as an individual running a wireless node (some of the
time!) I am in no way doing it "by way of a business".

It isn't particularly atm, just about getting it working.  Although
slowly.  Consume-routing hasn't really got anywhere, I don't think it's
really an issue, atm.
