The trouble with this is the browsers - including NS4 - whose support
for CSS is terminally broken; a CSS site doesn't degrade gracefully or
even ungracefully in them, but can be unusable - like tables in late
Mosaics.

Hmma. I've seen some good things done in Flash, but not one of them
was a Web site.
