[Gllug] Windows 98 + Samba + Linux Printer ?

Heya guys, 

I was wondering if anyone's tried anything like this before and could help me out. I've got the printer driver to work on linux. I've tried setting up LPD, and Pdq, but not very well, and anyway I've CUPS is better. 
* My problem is the I want to print from Windows (raw i.e without filtering - sort of like just forwarding the print request to the printer) and print from linux with a postscript filter so as to print properly. But I keep getting errors trying to print from the stoopid windeez box*

Any ideas anyone ?
