[Gllug] Printing

I have set up a couple of printers on some users machines one of which is a
HP LaserJet 4000N The test page prints OK from Red Hat's Printer Config GUI
but when I try to print from an application like Konquerer the job doesn't
seem to get to the spooler.   If I print from the command line using "lpr -P
printer file" then it works.

Any suggestions?
