Not on ISDN or anything, I haven't been able to get to www.usenix.org
since Wednesday.

The first two days, and this morning, I got a !H in my traceroutes 3
hops into demon. Now, I'm getting packets dropped and !Hs from somewhere
in bbnplanet.net.

Not that this is that significant; it just gives us another data point.
