Country Life in Warwick St W1 near Piccadily Circus. It's run by Seventh
Day Adventists (so closed on Saturday) but they don't ram this down your
throats. All you can eat buffet during the day and more expensive posh
food in the evening.

Chinese Thai restaurant in Greek St W1 nr Soho Sq - all you can eat for
5 or 6 quid depending what time of the day it is.

I can also recommend the Indian Veg at Chapel Market N1 (Angel
Islington).
