[Gllug] ISA->PCMCIA Adaptor and 3.3v DWL-650 cards

not sure if this is relevant.
On Toshiba's web site they mention a problem with 3.3v cards in their
laptops getting a 5v signal at switch on which has some nasty affects.
Toshiba has a bios upgrade to fix the problem for their laptops I think.
Is it possible similar things are happening in the ISA ->pcmcia adapter?
