[Gllug] 8139 driver problem

I'd first check that your card is talking to your network hub/switch at
the correct speed, ie 100Mb/full duplex, or half duplex, or 10Mb/full or
half etc etc

If in doubt turn off auto negotiate (on the switch/hub too) and force it
to a certain speed.
