[Gllug] Soft switch, Voice over IP

I was wondering if anyone has set up any telephony under Linux.

I am being asked to set up some demo system using Open Source software.

I will be using software from the following sites, however I have not found
a wealth of documentation.

Does anyone know of any docs or interesting sites?  Has anyone got it
working successfully in a commercial environment?
