Unfortunately I get all my mail over an ssh shell on the same machine
being /.ed so its behaving like I am editing over 9600 link or something.

Thanks for mirror offers - /. caught me at a bad time - I was going to
begin mirroring stuff today. Oh Well. A mirror is being built at
www.casa.ucl.ac.uk/steve/stuff/ipmap but I have the same bandwidth
trouble as everyone else getting to fractalus.com (its in Florida).
