We have just started to use it here as the groupware component of our 
intranet we find it very stable and responsive if a little opaque for the 
users to administer accounts from.  Documentation is helping the nice 
thing is it is very customisable.  Our designers are going to pretty up 
the front end and we are looking to integrate it with IRM and Request 
Tracker.
