I heard they had occasional connection problems? Certainly I heard that
about their web servers.

I should point out for the benefit of any lawyers present that this is
purely what's been mentioned on IRC channels and the like, and YMMV.

FWIW, I've heard that Globix are reasonably cheap, and pretty good, and I
used to work for Cerbernet, now Atlantic, who were reasonable, and now
should be better. Last time I looked they were quite expensive, though.
