I got the same piece of spam. I wouldn't normally send an abuse report,
though; it's trivially easy for the spammers to sign up for a new
account somewhere, and if you're unlucky then you've just sent an
abusereport to the people who spammed you, and they now though that your
address is active.

On a completely unrelated note, I'm running a talker for UK geeks that
some of GLLUG might want to try out. It's analogous to mail/news
postings with the option of real-time talk, too. It's running on port 23
at printf.net.
