Has Real Player done a deal with M$?

I know that they were fighting earlier about being including in the next
windows version.

I have just gone to their site to download a copy of realplayer for
Linux.  There is now no mention of the Linux version.  It specifically
only mentions Mac and Windows.

I am just pondering whether they dumped mentioning Linux as part of the
negotiations.
