There are a couple of ADSL routes 'on-test' in June's PC Plus  a Solwise 
SAR703 and an Asus

It states that you can Telnet into both of them; however for ease of use 
the Asus one has an inbuilt web
server that allows you to connect and configure it using a browser 
rather than some 'supplied software'

The Asus also allows you to  set up basic IP filtering.
