[Gllug] ADSL router recommendations?

They are also reviewed on http://www.adslguide.org.uk/ I think.

I contacted www.eclipse.co.uk to see if they would support the Intertex IX66
(I was feeling flush with cash that day, and have since looked at my bank
balance and switched to possibly the Asus).

Their response:
> We cannot guarantee that the Intertex IX66 is compatible with our ADSL
> service.

> We would recommend that us either uses an Alcatel Speedtouch USB modem or
> Fujitsu FDX310 USB modem.

Has anyone used a non-Alcatel/Fujitsu modem ?
Any issues?
