this one is a bit far fetched but...

...does anybody know how to remotely pwr up/dwn the
Positive Internet Dolphin servers?

we've been given a url that doesn't exists and thought
we won't need it anyway. guess what? the damn thing
just froze and we don't even have an emergency number!

any pointers will do.
