[Gllug] Setting up ntl cable modem/DHCP?

Hello James,
Two quick things to check.
Is it really a cross over cable that you need.
It should say on the back of the PACE box, mine is for a normal ether
cable and not crossover.
Second, since you got them to switch on the broadband access have you
reset the cable box. Although the box is configured without a reboot it
won't get the DNS number. To reboot the box unplug from power for
30seconds and plug back in.
