[Gllug] Cambridge IP rules

Anyone one the list who has any connection to Cambridge University (and
any hope of influencing their policies) should definitely take a look at
http://news.zdnet.co.uk/story/0,,t269-s2120183,00.html and give their
support to Ross Anderson.

It's somewhat sad and depressing to see an institution like Cambridge
trying to become yet another IP thug.
